Grand Championships are exciting events that draw in players from all over and serve as an excellent way to see how you match up with some of the best competitors. Formerly known as “National Championships,” Grand Championships are high-level tournaments that take place only once a year per nation or territory, on a grand stage of spectacular competition. A wide host of experiences, strategies, schemes, and critical decisions all come together in a single place and time, until a winner is crowned champion. 

While you test yourself as a player during a Grand Championship, not only will you be participating in a fun, memorable experience, but you’ll be handsomely rewarded for doing so. As the tier above Prime Championships, these events feature fantastic prizes and also offer the Top 4 players invitations to their game’s upcoming World Championship! In addition, players who are able to claim the title of Grand Champion will also be granted a first round bye at the next World Championship!
